We take your privacy incredibly seriously. Because we handle calculators involving financial numbers, we want you to be fully aware of how data is (and isn't) used on CreditMango.
1. Data Collection on Calculators
This is the most important part of our privacy policy: The financial numbers you input into our calculators (e.g., Debt Payoff Calculator, Score Simulator) are never sent to our servers.
All math happens entirely locally in your web browser (client-side). We have absolutely zero way of seeing your debt balances, income amounts, or credit score, nor do we want to. If you close the browser tab, that data is gone forever.
2. Cookies & Analytics
We use standard third-party tools (like Google Analytics) to monitor site health and performance. These tools use "cookies" to track broad, anonymized data, such as:
- Which country you are visiting from
- What pages are incredibly popular
- How fast the site loads on your mobile device
This data cannot be linked back to you personally. It simply tells us, for example, that "10,000 people read the Credit Utilization article today."
3. Third-Party Ads (Google AdSense)
Our advertising partners, including Google AdSense, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website or other websites. 4. Contact Forms and Emails
If you choose to use a contact form or email our editorial staff, we will use your email address exclusively to respond to your specific inquiry. We will never add you to a newsletter without your explicit consent, and we will absolutely never sell your email address to a third party.
